If you are filling out an awakening for a Far From Ordinary character to Enlightenment, please fill out the following form.

<span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: 18px; color: #663399"><b>ENLIGHTENED AWAKENING</b></span> <span style="font-family: calibri; font-size:13px"><b>Justification:</b> Please fill out this form to describe your character's development and maturation in game and any particular events that may have led to your awakening as an Enlightened. <b>Enlightened Abilities:</b> Please explain your new Enlightened abilities and typings that you wish your character to obtain. You must retain your original Far From Ordinary type affiliation in your initial Enlightened form.</span>


If you are filling out an application for a Mega Evolution, please fill out the following form.

You may link threads, but a brief summary would also be appreciated. <b>Mega Evolution Typing and Abilities:</b> Please explain your Mega Evolution abilities and typings that you wish your character to obtain. Only one typing may change from the character's fully evolved form.</span>
