For clarification! I've gone through the FAQ and haven't found an answer for it, and I'm not in the game so I have no idea if this has been done before.

Do we necessarily have to choose an Enlightened ability and/or job in Union to mirror a character's canon powers and occupation, or can we give them whatever Enlightened ability we want?
