Asking just in case

Does Pay Day work normally (aka in battle, attacks/scatters coins equal to five times the user's level each time it's used) or is there any limits I should know about so I don't abuse/accidently create a money making crime ring (then again, Quinn wouldn't really do that and Kanda hoards her coins from her trainer.)

And would these coins be used/work among Union's currency?
