Awesome! Wow I'm not even trying to keep my accounts straight.

What would the time frame/set up be like? If a character said they were going to start working on it, one with the Engineering perk, how long would it take for it to get into production? Obviously it would be a long process, so I wouldn't want to get over zealous and be like "oh yeah he did this!" about it.
