Those who are from more affluent families or richer parts of town will have, sensibly, much more elaborate form of dress. As you move more into the working class, fashion gets a bit more simple, and gender lines as far as dress are concerned get muddled (no one's gonna care if a lady's in pants down there, it's easier to work that way anyway).
