Hello, I was wondering something regarding Gigan characters; what exactly is the level of technology that would be available for them to create? I'm still considering various characters to apply for, and well... as you can imagine, super science is very important to a character like Dr. Eggman!

I also wonder if he'd need to be an Engineer to do stuff like that to begin with, which would probably be a bit difficult if he came from Gigas. I just want to know what is and isn't cool.
