regarding homunculi created before sanctuary's liberation, would it have been possible for any of them to have escaped and gone into hiding during the fighting, or were they carefully monitored/controlled? if it was possible for them to have murdered their way out fled, how sustainable are they outside of the influence of the mages and the program? if they were to keep their state and instabilities on the downlow as much as possible, that is! basically trying to gauge if homunculi would have reason or means enough to want to blow that popscicle stand, beyond the whole being experimented on against their will thing.

and about their creation/abilities - would changing their abilities be possible as part of the experimentation? say for example, a person naturally having one ability, like master of training, but as part of the homunculi program, they were experimented on to try and force the analyst ability onto them? or does that sort of thing only occur with typing?
