Would it be plausible, for a backstory/AU deviation, for a character to have lived a shady vagrant life outside of Union before shaping up and becoming a Pokemon Ranger? If so, they can be apped in as a Ranger, yes? Also, since they would know all about surviving outside the city, can they just camp out with their Pokemon when out and about doing Ranger things rather than have a set residence in Union?
