Most books within the library are mass printed, yes. Most texts recovered from the Old City or from other places have been or are in the process of being translated and reproduced through printing press. Further investigation of outside ruins may allow for this process to be refined and made easier.

Cameras and photography are available, but are limited. The Warp Bands are capable of taking photographs, and some more simplistic cameras have been developed, but neither of these are capable of capturing images in color.
