Technology question (for union, and beyond!) - while the warp band is quite advanced, what is the state of technology such as the printing press and related items? Have these been invented yet, or are limited in availability/access? Are most library documents hand written or are some mass printed documents available? Would this be past technology available for refinding, either from designs in existing books or recovery from ruin searches?

Also, are cameras available or is photography not a thing yet?
