Regarding the festival, it is called the Shattering, it is typically celebrated by people from Refuge lighting candles for the departed humanity that was lost in the cataclysm. The candles are then given to the Litwick, Lampent, and Chandelure who then take them into the caves and place them in areas the people of Refuge have yet to explore. They will then use these candles as a beacon to guide them to new caves and expand their dwelling.
