Being pre-war is generally fine, what we will ask is that you provide more complete information to us via PM even if it's reasonably vague in your application so we can fully vet it. The lacking memory is fine, in fact we would typically require it. As far as definition, going on those basic events is good but we will require a bit of definition, at least as far as what actually went down.
