Just curious about Mastery of Evolution and how it pertains to Eevees. Since all of Eevee's evolutions require some sort of special factor, what would be the level at which someone with the Mastery of Evolution perk could have one evolve?

Also, would the trainer be able to choose the evolved form most suited to the pokemon's personality, or would the Eevee naturally evolve to one compatible with the trainer's Enlightened typing? (For example, Eevee evolving to Leafeon from being around Pamela, who is grass/poison)
