Wooper detests the feeling of dry skin and refuses to spend longer than 10 minutes without being moisturized. Since it can't travel with a portable swimming pool, it's settled for a giant spray bottle instead. The best part is that the spray bottle serves double duty as a weapon to annoy people it doesn't like and also to attack Danny whenever it wants his attention, which is, coincidentally, also approximately once every 10 minutes.
