Wooper will be level 12. Wooper acclimated itself to swamp living and has a thing for brackish water. It loves to jump into dirty, muddy puddles and splash around, after which it will subsequently track the mud pretty much everywhere.

Rotom will be level 14. Rotom is a twitchy Pokemon that likes to zip around and get into just about everything. It moves fast and talks fast and never seems to stick with an idea for very long before flitting off to the next one.
