Torchic is surprisingly snobbish and prefers not to associate with Pokemon it thinks of as low-class. The short version of the list consists of all Pokemon that lack fluffy fur or feathers; additionally, all Water types are disqualified due to innate prejudices. It thinks Usagi is lovely and encourages her to make more friends with other high-class Pokemon.
