Litwick has a somewhat poor grasp of cause and effect. For instance, it has not yet understood that the reason things keep bursting into flames around it is because it stands too close to flammable objects. It also does not understand that things bursting into flames is generally undesirable for anything that isn't a Litwick and will look on as the flames spread with a cheerful countenance.
