Litwick is an adventurous type, who loves nothing more than to go exploring and has a bit of a wanderlust. It is so enthusiastic about this, in fact, that it will pester Harima into going places constantly, even if it's just around the corner to the store.
Sandslash, however, is a bit of a slug, and likes places that are cool and dark like its former home. It has a thing for burrowing in places--under blankets, desks, and, if he isn't careful, floorboards.
