Charmander is not Shiny, if you wish to keep it it is level 6

It's a level 26 Sandslash! Sandslash likes to roll up into a ball and careen through tunnels, pathways, forests, pretty much any kind of bumpy terrain, really. It loves the thrill and isn't enormously careful about avoiding anything in its way.
