Eevee is a bit cowardly and does its best to avoid conflict. It advocates strongly for peace and is actually quite persuasive and eloquent in its own way, but mostly this is just because it hates getting hurt. Its last resort is usually the tried and true method of crying until your opponents feels bad for you. If it has to fight, it prefers using evasive techniques like Sand-Attacks and the like.
