Gastly and Duskull will both be level 45. Duskull is extremely gloomy and dour, it floats around and generally talks about how things are hopeless and there's no point in doing anything.

It really just needs a hug but will never admit it. It tends to squirm happily when given affection, but denies that's what it was doing when questioned about it.
