Pumpkaboo is Level 26. Pumpkaboo is quite naive and doesn't really understand concepts like 'sentience'. It has decided that its fellow Pumpkaboo are in need of liberation and consequently runs around Union stealing pumpkins and relocating them to Rin's room.
