It's a level 43 Venomoth. Venomoth is not particularly clean, so it is often surrounded by a cloud of dust. This is especially an issue because that makes it difficult to tell if it is shedding its poisonous and paralytic wing scales or not.

If you manage to clean it, dirt appears to coat it again within minutes of its returning to the outside world, almost like a magnet.

Yamask will be level 46. Yamask is constantly seen clutching a bundle of rags and singing soft, almost lullaby-like songs to it in garbled cries. After it completes these songs, it collapses into a sobbing fit. If you attempt to remove the rags from it, it will violently and relentlessly attack until they are returned.
