This wouldn't really be much different from normal Staryu except that this Staryu goes off like a strobe light every time it gets dark out. ...And since Goku can communicate without words, he will note that it has an intense fear of the dark.
Barboach is rather dull and rarely has anything interesting to say or communicate on any topic that doesn't have to do with natural disasters or horrifying accidents or anything else nice and gory. It seems to relish in the idea of its Whiscash relatives being able to produce earthquakes; hopefully, Goku can wean it of this habit before it evolves and starts wreaking havoc.
