It's a Meowth and a Buneary! They are level 25 & 23 resepectively.
Meowth and Buneary have been best buddies since they can remember. Quinn came across the two playing hide and seek, and was convinced by the Buneary to help it find its Meowth friend. Meowth is the ringleader of the two, and Buneary, who has a hard time sticking up for itself, is something of a woobie.
