Houndour will be Level 7. Houndour is fairly rubbish at attacking and fighting, preferring to hide behind a tree and wait for the hubbub to die down instead. Its specialty lies in other activities such as tracking - it has an excellent nose even in comparison to other canine types. Consequently, however, it tends to be picky about its food.
