Houndour will be scrappy and playful and doesn't seem to recognize the consequences of its actions. It is young and seems oblivious to the fact that most people and Pokemon don't enjoy being bathed in fire. It isn't malicious, per se, more than it is just a little bit spacy. Kind of like its new trainer.
