Name: Harry Dresden Spell Being Made: Disperdorius. A surge of psychic energy that fractures and forcibly disperses energy. In combat this can be used to wipe out buffs moves (Barrier, Bulk Up etc....) but it could also theoretically destabilize and destroy energy fields created by technology and other magic users.
It could theoretically be used to clear negative status effects from an ally but because it's an inherently offensive spell this is more difficult and prone to failure.
