After seeing this pop up, we thought we should bring up something of relevance to you - Haruka's player is actually on the cusp of beginning a Player Plot to investigate Rotom cores (for use in running bicycles), so we'd encourage you to contact her to have Banzu join in this effort if you can!

As it is, we would ask that you make the development of this technology a Player Plot regardless before beginning to build it outright.
