The goal of this plot is to use Lucca, Gil, and Banzu's mechanical genius (and their ever so friendly Rotoms) to take the lessons learned from Gil's recovered car and turn it into something useful. Lucca and Gil (with their powers combined!) already started drawing up basic plans in a previous thread, and with Banzu's extensive use of Rotoms they think they can make it work. Haruka, Mitsuru, and Taki have volunteered to test drive the things once finished, and Mitsuru was willing to commit Kirijo money to the project.
The plot itself would involve more or less threading out work on the cycles and the scrapheap car, trying out ways to make it all fit together, and then testing the results. Crashes, electrocutions, Scientist slapfights, that sort of thing may ensue.
