I've put a post to manage the store, generally Engineers who are employed will submit items to the store which can be taken by players within the game, as well as commission items from employees specifically. In terms of IC requirements, I'm generally thinking an IC post where Ezreal is setting it up and recruiting people should suffice before we can open this. I am requesting it be added to the City of Union info page, as well as allowing IC threading for commissions to count toward activity if they meet other AC requirements.
