Heya! Thank you for applying! While your app looks fine in general, there is a minor point in that you say she found a small settlement in the forest. It was a big deal in the game for the idea of people living outside of Union to exist, so there wouldn't be other settlements in the Verdant Forest, but here are some options we can suggest.

-The settlement was in a forest far, far away from Union beyond the current borders of the map.
-The settlement was just Union-sponsored farmers/foresters making a small camp in the area or something along those lines.
-Eucliwood lived on her own in the forest and built her own settlement in a cave or something along those lines. With her empathic abilities, she was able to keep Pokemon at bay.

As for your Notes, the controlling voice would indeed need a permissions post and we would ask that if people opt out/don't respond, you would default to her voice not being able to control them.

Finally, an exceptionally minor point is that the village, Mist, referenced in your third person sample seems to be the name of the settlement Eucliwood found. Just to avoid confusion, it might be best to choose a different name as Mist is the name of a destroyed Shifter village previously established by other appers.
