These are all just fine! I definitely want him to be balanced power-wise (which is why I went into such detail, so that things like this could get changed right off the bat). I've got them all edited up and am totally good with putting up a permission post. Those are the kind of powers I'd always ask permission before using/use sparingly anyway. Thanks, mods!
