Before we can approve this app, we will need to see you expand heavily upon Tendou's AU history, with considerations for the Brave New World setting. This includes details about his tribe, reasons for why he was allowed into Union well before the city was open to new comers, as well as fleshing out the AU Deviations section to accommodate these changes.

We will also need to know, in detail, what the "clock up" system from his canon is, as well as what you have in mind for his "connection to time," again in detail, addressing its strengths and limitations before we can approve this application. We will also need to see the AU equivalent's limitations addressed in the Enlightened Abilities section.

Of note: We do not allow for previous or future guaranteed interactions with legendaries, so any connections to Celebi and Dialga will need to be purged from the application.
