The app looks pretty sound, but there's two things we're going to need to ask you about. The first is minor - while Tohka doesn't remember anything before the age of five, we'd like to ask what you had in mind and your plans for her background and such. The second is the Inverse Forme, and Tohka's swapping of Enlightened abilities and typing. Unfortunately, we cannot allow this as it would give her an advantage over the other characters applied to the game; it would essentially be having two perks. We would like to offer this alternative for the revision:
Tohka's perk can normally be God of War, but she would normally only have two types, Fairy and Steel. However, during the Inverse Forme, she can gain the extra Dark type. We can allow the Inverse Forme to increase her power; however, the understanding would be that she would be on the same tier with other Gods of War in the game even in the Inverse Forme, even if she might be stronger in a comparison. In other words, the Inverse Forme could not be an automatic win ticket in a fight. If you want the doubled attack, her base power would be somewhat weaker than other Gods of War (much like Azumarill's Huge Power makes it capable of keeping up in the big leagues.) The Inverse Forme may have access to other moves if you wish.
Additionally, the sword will need to start out as only capable of Fairy attacks. If she would like it to access the Dark type, she would need to have it worked on by an Engineer to make it a dual Enhanced weapon. After that, the sword can transition between Fairy and Fairy/Dark without issue.
