A. Ahaha sorry, I didn't word that very well. The year of him being gone was actually the length of time he was gone before his first app into the game. I meant to say he left Union again (after I dropped him) and then would be coming back, so I guess what I should have said was that he was gone for a year and eight months with one visit into Union in between.

B. Caldera and Citadel would have been places he's seen and I am fine with those only being open to him after they were revealed. It was established in game previously that he had made contact with the Mist Village before it was destroyed.

C. As far as his abilities go, when he's able to actually control them he's able to create and manipulate forms of ice. It's all low level stuff, though. Things like summoning a small gust of snow and ice or being able to conjure ice in small amounts. He would be able to use these defensibly (Like Ice-Punch or Powder Snow) but he only stands a small chance of accuracy and his actual immunity to the cold fluctuates.

Once he moves past all that and he's able to actually evolve, his second evolved form would focus on his Flying side. He would attain a pair of wings and be able to do fly and do a number of flying based attacks.

His final form would lend to him changing drastically in a physical sense. Roughly about 50% human and 50% reptile dragon creature. At that point his ice-based abilities would be fully honed and he could summon up things like blizzards and hail and cause damage by being able to freeze enemies in place and encase them in ice, much like the Putotyra form in canon (which is a raging ice dinosaur form. Luckily I am leaving out the berserker tendencies he had there).

LET ME KNOW IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE MISSING.
