Togepi is an extremely clumsy little Pokemon. It has a tendency to fall over as much as anything else, even when it comes to battling. Awkwardly sometimes it's clumsiness is beneficial as it will sometimes knock over the right book or startle Raine awake just when she wants it. It's like some sort of divine...clumsy...gift.
