Ralts is level 34 and lazy. It never picks up with its own two hands what it could choose to levitate with telekinesis instead, and tends to just flop around listlessly, enjoying the sunshine. Indeed, if it could be said to work hard at anything, it works very hard at hardly working - got this thing down to a Science.
