It's Excadrill, it will be Level 60
Excadrill loves a good scrap, completely happy to jump into a battle and use whatever means necessary to win. It's hardly an elegant fighter, coming across as more of a mole barroom brawler, and it seems just fine with that. Attempts at refining it are rebuffed as "not cool enough."
