Sorry for the delay! Magikarp is Level 7. It is a 'mon on the move, always wiggling and Splashing about. If Geo leaves it on one side of a body of water and then looks away, chances are by the time he comes back to it, it will be well on its way to the opposite side...where it bumps into the edge and then just stays there, flopping uselessly. This bodes well for its Speed later, at least?
