Whismur is Level 10! More than anything in the world, Whismur loves to sing. It sings just about anything that comes into its head. When it has something it wants to tell somebody, it sings. When it has something it needs to remember, it sings. Except...it's a Whismur, and therefore no one has ever fully been able to hear it on the first try. Perhaps this will change as it evolves.
