While proud of its speed and skill in the water, Clawitzer is all too aware its land mobility is limited. It compensates for this by attaching itself to the arms of any human or bipedal Pokémon unfortunate enough to cross its path and ordering them around. It acts as if such commandeering is its Savior-given right, but really mostly it's just an arrogant grump with no regard for the agency of its chosen "ride". The only way to placate it is to feed it dessert.
